Programmatic Advertising is dependent on real time bidding and automated purchasing and selling of ad inventories. This module deals with RTB, SSP, DSP and so on.

The Programmatic Advertising framework is based on several technologies apart from the DFP. The real time bidding helps advertisers and sellers to automatically purchase and sell the digital inventories.

A demand-side platform (DSP) is a system that allows buyers of digital advertising inventory to manage multiple ad exchange and data exchange accounts through one interface. On the other hand, a supply-side platform(SSP) is a technology platform to enable web publishers to manage their advertising space inventory, fill it with ads, and receive revenue. Both the technologies are bridged by the RTB or Real Time Bidding and a Bidder.
